A large part of starting a business is asking the right questions, coming up with hypotheses and learning how to think like a business owner. Through more than 10 years of experience, I've made a lot of mistakes and done a few things right.
Hi, Allan here. I started teaching myself how to code at 14 and have worked as a Senior Software Engineer at fancy companies like Roblox and Wikipedia. I've also started multiple ventures over the past decade; many of which didn't work, some of which did work. It took me 15 years to learn this, and 10 years of building businesses.
So, how do you feel about avoiding the business mistakes I made over the past 10 - 15 years while learning what worked? The cheatsheet is the first step.
